The hotel is defined by long, horizontal overhangs that create reliable shade across terraces and circulation. Windows and terraces sit back behind these deep edges, which cuts glare and keeps the façade calm in strong sun. Water is used as part of the layout, placed alongside key outdoor spaces to extend views and bring reflected light into the shaded areas.

Guest rooms are set up as private pockets, with depth and screening that let balconies feel protected. Those private bands connect into shared “club” spaces organised around courtyards and pools, so public areas still feel contained and quiet. The result is a clear sequence - room to terrace to courtyard - that makes outdoor living workable in Cyprus without sacrificing privacy.
